2We send orders going to a UK address by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery at £4.00. You will need to sign on delivery or, if no one is there to sign, you will need to collect the parcel from your local Royal Mail delivery office. If items are to be sent to an International address the cost is £13.00 and items are sent by Royal Mail Internationally Signed for or Airsure.

3If you require your order to be delivered by the next working day after dispatch, within the UK, you can opt for the Special Delivery service when you get to the delivery options. Special Delivery before 1pm next day is £6.00. Dispatch is usually the same day as purchase but is not always.


If your needs are more urgent than this and you require more immediate delivery then the below options are available if you telephone us with your order on 01985 308237.
Special Delivery before 9am next day £14.00
Same Day Delivery from £25.00

Please make sure your order is with us by no later than 3.30pm for Special Delivery before 9am next day delivery,to ensure we have enough time to pack and dispatch your products.



 4At Tie Box we pride ourselves on our efficient and fast service. We aim to dispatch all products within 24 hours of you placing the order. However if we do not have a product in stock which is very unusual it will take 4 -5 days as we may have to order your product direct from Italy. If the tie or cufflinks are not currently available we will contact you to see if you would like an alternative.

As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive email confirmation of this.
1Overseas orders are sent by Internationally Signed For or Airsure depending on the destination. Airsure aim to deliver within 5 working days to the USA but there is no guarrantee on this timescale.
