Q. When will I receive my Order?
A. We aim to dispatch your tie within 24 hours of you placing your order. Therefore you should expect to receive it within 48 hours.

Q. Do you sell childrens ties?
A. Yes, although this is part of our bespoke service.

Q. Do you produce clip on ties?
We do not produce clip on or elastic ties. However we do produce smaller ties for children to wear.

Q. Can you produce bespoke ties all the year round?
A. Italians go fishing! So to speak in the month of August. Most of Italy goes on holiday for the whole month and therefore manufacturing does not take place during this month. We are able to process your orders in August to begin making the ties in September.

Q. Can you make bespoke cravats?
A. Yes we can make cravats or plastrons as the Italians call them. Please apply within.

Q. Can you produce six/seven fold ties?
A. Yes we can as part of our bespoke service. Please apply within.

Q. Can you produce silk knitted ties?
A. Yes we can. A good tie to wear in the Summer as our Italian craftsmen would say. 7cm x 145cm, 100% silk. Square end.

Q. Can you produce hand painted ties?
A. No, we do not produce these but there are some great artists out there that do produce one off designs.

Q. What are the standard length of your ties?
A. Our classic and luxury ties are 9cm x 148cm.

Q. Do you produce extra large self tie bow ties?
A. Yes, we can, in any colour, design and texture as part of our bespoke service.

Q. Do you make skinny ties?
A. Yes we do. We can to any measurements, texture, design that you require.

Q. Do you produce extra long ties?
A. Yes we do as part of our bespoke service.

Q. How do I get a big knot tie?
A. Why not try using a half windsor knot or a full windsor on a standard length tie to see if this meets your requirments. You can buy extra long ties and quite simply wrap the tie around a few more times for an even bigger knot.

Q. How do I convert your prices in to another currency?

Q. Can you produce a Corporate tie with any design?
A. Yes, we can. Please visit our corporate section for more details on this.

Q. Can I buy without paying VAT?
A. If you live in the relevant Countries then please telephone your order through on 01985 308237 and we will process the payment minus the VAT.

Q. How long does it take to make a tie using your bespoke service?
A. Usually, 2 -6 weeks. As these ties are completely handmade it does depend on the weavers work load at the time.

Q. Do you ship abroad?
A. Yes, we ship to all parts of the world, including; USA, Cananda, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia and Jordan.

Q. Can you make cummerbunds, bow ties, handkerchiefs and scarves?
A. Yes, in any colour required. Please contact us for more information.

Q. Can we order the gift boxes only?
A. No, you have to purchase a tie to go in the gift box. We do not sell as a seperate item. The gift boxes are only used to promote the Segni & Disegni brand.

Q. I have seen a tie I like, will it always be available?
A. Anytime you see a tie you like, buy it. If you decide to wait and come back later, chances are it will be gone. We are constantly changing our designs and colours available.

Q. Do you make polyester ties?
A. We specialise in silk ties. We can produce polyester ties for companies wishing to acquire a Corporate tie but there is a minimum order of 100 ties per design.

Q. Can you make ties using silk that me, the customer, provides?
A. Yes this is something we may be able to do, please contact us to discuss.

Q. Can you produce any design of tie?
A. Yes, we can. If you have a design to show us or just have a design in mind.

Q. Can you produce extra long ties?
A. Yes, we can. You can give us the length of tie you are looking for and we can make them for you.

Q. How soon will we receive our ties?
A. If the tie has been purchased from our electronic catalogue then the order will be sent out within 24 hours.
If the ties are being made to order this usually takes 4/5 weeks.

Q. How often do you change the tie designs on our website?
A. We change the designs in our electronic catalogue on a weekly basis.

A. Tie Box has been in business for 6 years.

Q. Can you produce matching ties and ladies scraves?
A. Yes, if we have not got them in stock, we can make them for you.

Q. Can you produce ladies ties?
A. Yes, we do offer this service. From ladies cravats to traditonal ties.

Q. Can you produce ladies cravats in any colour?
A. We can produce cravats to match any corporate colours.

Q. What other ladies products can you supply?
A. We suppply beautiful authentic pashminas in 70% cashmere and 30% silk, in any colour you want. What's more there is no minimum order.

Q. I live in New Zealand, what service would you use to send ties?
A. We would use Airsure whenever possible for international deliveries, for fast, efficient service. If Airsure is not available then we would use Internationally Signed For. For large orders we would send all ties/orders using Fed Ex.

Q. Can you make silk belts?
A. We can make silk belts in any colour and design.

Q. Can you produce self tie bow ties to order?
A. Yes, we can in any design and colour.

Q. Can you make silk handkerchieves?
A. Yes, we can make them to match your order of ties. Please let us know your requirements.

Q. Can you produce a sample product for a bespoke order?
A. We can produce samples on occasion for small, medium and large business. Please contact us to discuss.

Q. Can you provide a paper catalogue?
A. We currently work on an electronic catalogue due to the constant updating of new products becoming available. If you can not find the tie you are looking for, please let us know as we may have it available.

Q. Do you have any swatches of your ties?
A. No, however, if you are trying to match an outfit, please send us a swatch and we will match it to the ties for you. This way you will get an exact match.

A. No, we are an online tie retailer,wholesaler,importer and exporter of branded ties and accessories.
