Use of the Website
By using and purchasing a product via this website you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions without exception. Reproduction of part or all of the contents in any form is prohibited.

Returns
We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right. All returns must be received within 14 days of delivery date. Returns that arrive wrinkled, damaged or dirty or have been worn and without all original labelling will not be accepted. Tie Box does not reimburse delivery costs that may be applicable. Once we have received the returned goods we may contact you to offer you an alternative. If this is not satisfactory then your payment minus the delivery charge (if applicable)will be refunded back on to your card.

Accuracy of Content
We endeavour to ensure that prices, descriptions and photographic representation of the products are accurate. The colours shown on your monitor may differ to the actual colours of the product due to technical reasons beyond our control.

Any offers/sale prices do not include bespoke items.

Payment Method
We accept online payments using debit and credit cards listed below. The price you pay for our products is shown on our website at the time of order and includes VAT where applicable. Postage and packaging charges will always be confirmed before you finalise your order.
Please ensure you use the customer details that are registered for the card you are using. When payments are made through our online secure Worldpay terminal, the details you enter will be sent for authoristaion with your bank. If the details do not match the payment, Worldpay may come back to us at Tie Box with a caution. If we can not verify you as the registered cardholder, we will refund the monies back to the card used and the goods ordered will not be dispatched to you. All cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. To ensure a swift delivery, please use the correct card holders details when ordering.

Delivery of Order
We deliver our products throught the UK. We will endeavour to deliver orders that have been accepted within 48 hours. We cannot specifiy a time for delivery. Deliveries that require next day delivery may carry an additional delivery charge and can be arranged through contacting Tie Box direct. Orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. We do not accept any liability which may result from the late delivery of your order.

Security and Privacy
Tie Box is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. Personal details of users, such as name and address and email address will be collected and processed when your order is placed. The personal information collected our our website is stored within the UK.
This information allows us to fulfil your order and to notify customers of relevant new products or services. We do not rent or sell your personal information to other companies or individuals.

Cookies
We as a company do not use cookies to monitor consumer activities.

Amendments
Tie Box reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The supply to you of products will be governed by the Terms and Conditions that were current when you placed your order.
